  • JAN 14 Saturday – Winter Rod and Speed Show – Albany Fairgrounds 9am- 9pm Activities include a Car Show, Raffle, Live Auction, Food, and Family fun. Last year we raised over $9000.
  • MAY IS NATIONAL BBQ MONTH -come celebrate @ the restaurant. We will have daily specials, giveaways, and music. FUN FUN FUN!!! All Month Long
  • MAY 13 - SHOW BIZ -Salem’s Premier Business Trade Show @the Oregon State Fair Grounds in the Jackman Long Building.
  • MAY 18 - Drew Carney From KGW TV will be hosting live from Adam’s Rib Smokehouse to celebrate National BBQ Month.
  • JULY 2- JULY 4 - Civil War Reenactment @ Willamette Mission Park. Adam’s Rib provides concessions. Great family fun!
  • JULY 7 – JULY 10 –Marion County Fair. Adam’s Rib provides concessions with many other food vendors, rides, animals, and concerts.
  • JULY 29 – July 31 Friday – Sunday - Bite & Brew of Salem @ Riverfront Park in Salem. Restaurants from all over Salem offer spectacular food /music/fun…. Supporting Salem Rotary and Boys & Girls Club
  • Aug 5 - The Night of Fire Returns @ Salem Evangelical Church. 2- 10pm Activities includes a Car Show, Raffle, Live Auction, Food, and Family fun. Adam's Rib will be providing concessions and all proceeds go to the recipient. This year’s recipient is a little 3 year old girl with multiply challenges – epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and much more. Medical bills will be for a lifetime but we as a community can bless this family for a season.
  • AUG 12 – Aug 14 Friday – Sunday - Bite of Oregon @ Waterfront Park in Portland. Restaurants from all over Oregon offer spectacular food at minimal prices/music/fun…. All to help Special Olympics
  • Aug 19 – Aug 20 Friday and Saturday Oregon Brews and BBQ in McMinnville - Brews and BBQ from all over Oregon offer spectacular Beer/food/music/fun...supporting McMinnville Habitat for Humanity
  • AUG 27 - AUG 28 Saturday- Sunday - Oregon State Fair, BBQ and Brew Restaurants from all over Oregon offer spectacular food at minimal prices. Hand crafted beer from local Breweries.  Live music- food-beer and fun
  • SEPTEMBER 10 - Buckaroo Ball - fundraiser to help children in the community
  • SEPT 11 – Dine Out For Troops – 10% of sales go to Operation Santa to send gifts/supplies over to the troops
  • SEPTEMBER 15- 18 -Mount Angel Oktoberfest – Adam’s Rib provides concessions for the car show, craft pavilion and spectators

  • NOV. 24 THANKSGIVING FEED-Every Thanksgiving we (along outreach programs and volunteers) feed hundreds (over 500 last year) of homeless at Read Opera House, under the bridge and various locations throughout Salem.
